Hola bookstagrammers! How about a tale of three very different people and their entwined love lives?
The story is narrated by one of the protagonists, Viraj, who’s working in a start-up company. He’s madly in love with his college mate Nimisha, who doesn’t reciprocate at first. When Nimisha travels all the way to Bangalore to celebrate Valentine’s week with Viraj, they have a great time.
Shriya is a young, suave girl who’s rich enough to not earn money for herself! Yet she joins the start-up company after meeting Viraj. She’s pursuing Viraj, who loves Nimisha with all his heart. One day, as fate would have it, Nimisha stumbles upon Shriya and all hell breaks loose. Who is Shriya to Viraj? Does Viraj love Nimisha or Shriya?
Usually love stories these days are cliched and overhyped! Now, when you come across a love story that you can relate to some extent, you devour it in a go. The author has penned a unique love story, painting it in each of the three character’s perspectives. The language used is quite simple and there aren’t too manu lovey-dovey scenes.
“𝕃𝕠𝕧𝕖 𝕞𝕒𝕜𝕖𝕤 𝕦𝕤 𝕒 𝕓𝕖𝕥𝕥𝕖𝕣 𝕡𝕖𝕣𝕤𝕠𝕟!”
I felt the characters could have been given more depth, especially Nimisha’s. I loved Viraj’s characterization and also enjoyed the office scenarios part more than the Valentine week celebrations. If you are a sucker for romance, I recommended this book to you.
